I was accepted as an artist participant in the 2020 Kelowna Culture Days with the task of creating a display in a window of a local business. After some back and forth with myself about whether to display already finished work or create something entirely new for the event, I ended up deciding to go with the new and painted a window mural at Mosaic Books.
It was fun and exciting – and a little scary – trying something entirely new to me, but it all turned out for the best and both I and the bookstore were very happy with the work I ended up creating. Needless to say, more window murals followed!
Here’s the window murals I’ve painted since then.
