All items are hand-made and come from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
Payment
I currently only accept payment through PayPal or cash for local pickups. Payment must be made within 3 days of your order or the order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be relisted.
Shipping
Items are mailed within 3 business days after payment is received. If the method of payment is a PayPal eCheck, it will need to clear before the item will be sent. This usually takes about a week.
All items are sent by Canada Post letter mail or light package, depending on the size. Delivery confirmation or expedited shipping within Canada and the US can be added at the expense of the buyer. If you would like additional shipping features, please include this in the Notes to Seller when checking out and wait for an updated invoice before sending payment.
I am not responsible for items that are lost in transit. Fortunately this has never happened to me (knock on wood)!
Refunds and exchanges
Because each item is completely unique I am unable to provide exchanges. If you feel that an item was grossly misrepresented or not as described you may return it for a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the item must be in unused condition.
Please contact me right away if something’s not right with your order!
Custom orders
I am happy to take on custom work! Custom orders take a minimum of two weeks before they are ready to be mailed out. If I anticipate that your order will require more time I will let you know when you place your order.
Before any work on your order has begun you are able to cancel and receive a full refund. If you would like to cancel after I have begun to work on your order you will receive a partial refund, depending on how much I have completed.
Custom orders that have been fully completed are not eligible for a refund.
If I have to cancel your order due to extenuating circumstances you will receive a full refund regardless of how much work has been completed.
